As of now, we will be bringing down the realms daily for regular maintenance. The schedule is as follows:

All Central and Eastern realms will be down from 4:00AM to 5:00AM EST.

All Pacific and Mountain realms will be down from 7:00AM to 8:00AM PST.

Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

I agree. I don't see what the point of having regional servers is if it's going to screw the people who actually live in those regions. While I love the game, I've been pretty disappointed in a lot of their customer service decisions so far. On the forums it seems like every troll or whiner gets a response from a Blizzard rep, but people with valid issues (like broken Paladin quests *cough*) get ignored. Evil or Very Mad

Which paladin quest is broken? I am currently working on the level 20+ one and have got the Bailor's Ore shipment so far, working on the Kor Gem

Basically if anybody screws the quest up, Daphne Stillwell dies/despawns and will not respawn. I went to Westfall this morning at 1 AM right after the server reset, and they said she was already broken (I spoke with that Elisana from the 3rd link).
